Islam is the monotheistic religion Preached by the Qur'an, a text considered by its followers to be the true word of God (Arabi:Allāh), and by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), considered by them to be the last prophet of God. A follower of Islam is called a Muslim.
